A unique space with a natural palette, overlooking the CBD area.

Located on the 34th floor of OCBC Centre, the Premier Private Client Centre has two outdoor terraces: one overlooking Chinatown and the other with a clear view of the CBD and Marina Bay.

The brief: wood, metal and natural stone palette.

To create a welcoming, alfresco seating for their guests, we constructed a long communal live-edge table made out of local khaya that houses two bonsai plants. We introduced bow-tie joinery to further strengthen the wood joints. Stools were also made to enhance the look and feel of the space.

Planter boxes were placed at the terraces to introduce some spatial comfort. A sculpted version, placed together with the bonsai table, provides a contrast against the backdrop of straight lines and architecture.

Balau planter boxes, done regular, were then paired with rounded stone seatings around on the other side as another combination.

All metal frameworks are done by our partner, BareMetalCo.

Plants by Humid House.
